The transition from competition to collaboration is just that, a transition. We begin squarely in an environment of competition with the goal of becoming a civilization able to trust and rely on one another for mutual benefit.

…she’s been questioning what her daily toiling is accomplishing and noticing inconsistencies between what is portrayed as “the good life” and where her desires are actually leading her. Sophia is one of the billions waking to discrepancies between who she is as a person and what she does as a member of society, and she is finding it increasingly difficult (overwhelming at times) to ignore these questions.
